I have officially been living the primal life for a year now. I haven't managed to turn myself into an underwear model or anything, but here is the visual:
Impressive, right? And the visual is nothing compared to how I feel.
The truly scary thing is that the before photos are not really "before". I had already lost a lot of weight slow carbing and low carbing before I committed to a primal diet - people were already commenting.
I've built a lot of muscle, but it doesn't really show up in the photos, does it? I guess I need to do more.
